WHY IS THERE A LIMITED AMOUNT FROM EACH DESIGN?
Due to the nature of the raw material lots we receive, we hold only a set amount of units of each design/col.
AS ITEMS ARE SOLD OUT, NEW COLORS,DESIGNS,COMBINATIONS WILL BE INTRODUCED.
We will try and repeat the items that receive a lot of demand but we can not guarantee this.

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS THE SAME?
All of our items are hand crafted and no 2 items will ever be the same even if all conditions remain unchanged. This is the nature and speciality of hand knitting. While you may not even notice these differences, your item with its strong points and flaws will be yours and yours only.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY COVERS/SCARVES?
Please handle your items delicately.On the product page,you will see a list of applicable care instruction icons. The explanation for each icon appears when you place your mouse on it. We recommend that you place your items in a washing net or a pillow case before throwing in the washing machine.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
All orders are confirmed within 24 hours of placement by e-mail notification, with details of order number, total cost, tracking number etc..

We accept MasterCard, VISA credit cards. Please note that we are unable to offer PayPal payment option for now.

HOW/WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All of our orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY AFTER 5 PM, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY. We ship all of our orders via DHL. DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses
HOW CAN I LEARN MY ORDER STATUS?
Your order status can be checked online at anytime.With your ipod confirmation, you will receive an internet link from DHL. By clicking this link, you will be taken directly to the shipment status of your package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5 of total order value whichever is higher towards banking expenses.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL CREDIT YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH FULL PURCHASE PRICE, EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.
